NYC Candidate/Employee Notice & Alternative Process Kit
NYC requires 10 business days advance notice before using an AEDT on candidates, plus information about an alternative selection process, and a 30-day data disclosure response. Note: the law requires you to tell candidates they can request an alternative process, but does not require you to actually provide one. This kit covers all three workflows.
